Sustainable Supply Chain Policy

Sustainable Supply Chain Policy
Approved by: Jonny Luong, CEO, Incomparable Sweden AB

Date: 2023-09-05

1. Purpose
This policy establishes our commitment to respecting human rights, workers' rights, environmental protection, and anti-corruption measures within our own operations and our supply chain. The policy applies to all products and services supplied by Incomparable Sweden AB.

2. Commitment
We commit to:

Respecting the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights

Respecting the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Article 32

Complying with the eight ILO core conventions (Nos. 29, 87, 98, 100, 105, 111, 138, 182)

Complying with applicable labor laws in the country of manufacture, including regulations regarding wages, working hours, leave, and the working environment

Complying with applicable environmental protection laws in the country of manufacture

Combating corruption in accordance with the UN Convention against Corruption

3. Scope
The policy covers:

Our own operations

Our first-tier suppliers

Suppliers beyond the first tier, to the extent that we have influence

We communicate the policy to our suppliers through written contractual terms and codes of conduct. We require our first-tier suppliers to communicate the policy further to the next tier in the supply chain.

4. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
Each factory we partner with is rated in our SRM model across four areas: price, quality, sustainability, and delivery. The sustainability rating covers:

Wage levels relative to legal requirements and living wages

Working hours

Emissions

Work environment (temperature, protective equipment, tools, cleanliness)

Emergency exits

Staff facilities

Recycling

Each area is scored on a scale of 0–10. A factory must achieve a sustainability rating of at least 5 out of 10 to be approved. If the minimum level is not met, the partnership is terminated, regardless of the factory's performance regarding price, quality, or delivery.

5. Follow-up
We monitor compliance through:

Daily factory visits by our on-site staff

Unannounced visits

Document reviews of certificates, working hour logs, and wage payments

Dialogue with factory management

6. Handling non-compliance
In the event of non-compliance with the policy:

The non-compliance is documented and assessed based on severity

We take action based on our role—depending on whether we caused, contributed to, or are linked to the non-compliance

We advocate for appropriate remediation in cases of human rights violations or violations of workers' rights

The non-compliance is monitored until it has been rectified

7. Responsibility
The company’s CEO bears ultimate responsibility for compliance with this policy. This responsibility covers human rights, workers' rights, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.
